Specified describes a requirement in the pre-commercial delivery specification or signed order. Indicative describes guidance or agreement-dependent base-standard values. An order result exists only in the inspection document for an actual shipment.
Shipment-specific thickness, dimensions, mechanical values, chemistry and inspection scope are confirmed in the quotation and reported where applicable in the inspection document.

Centre hardness in the qualification plan
Centre hardness is optional in the base standard but mandatory in the GOREX qualification overlay. The specified interval is a requirement; the shipment's actual measurement is an order result.

Use actual inspection-document chemistry, combined thickness, selected heat input and a qualified workshop procedure. Generic parameters do not replace a WPS or process qualification.

Inspection and traceability
Each released shipment is to include the original mill EN 10204 3.1 inspection document. Qualification shipments and critical orders follow the agreed inspection plan. Traceability links heat, plate, testing, document and delivery.
